اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَاجْبُرْنِي وَاهْدِنِي وَارْزُقْنِي

O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, give me strength, guide me, give and grant me sustenance. (Reference: Muslim)
