Dua when turning over during sleep at night (English & Arabic)

Dua when we change sides at night while sleeping:

‘Aisha (radhi-yAllaahu ‘Anhaa) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (sal-Allaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) used to say at night if he turned during sleep:

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ ، رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ، العَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ

‘None has the right to be worshiped except Allah, The One, al-Qahhaar . Lord of the heavens and the Earth and all between them, The Exalted in Might, The Oft-Forgiving.’
